CrossFit is a strength and conditioning programme designed to produce a broad and general fitness. CrossFit programmes concentrate on varied functional movements performed at high intensity to achieve overall physical fitness. The result: people are prepared for any physical challenge.
CrossFit Gorey run programmes designed specifically for kids & teens in the Worx Gym on the Courtown Rd.
CrossFit Kids : This program is designed for kids ages 6-12 and introduces them to age appropriate exercises with the aim of improving general fitness and strength as well as working on coordination, balance and agility. All this is wrapped up in a fun and active 40 minute class led by our qualified instructors.

Teen CrossFit : Our Teen Strength and Conditioning classes are tailored for the teen athlete and are a great alternative to team sports, however they can also be used to increase performance for any given sport. In these classes we gradually build a solid foundation of technique and strength. Aimed at teens 14-17yrs.
