In today's busy world with all our schedules and appointments it is hard to find the time to slow down and appreciate the beauty that is all around us, if we take the time to really look, feel and listen.
This in an invitation to reconnect with nature and our own gentler rhythm, and with each other.
There are many reports on the health benefits of people spending time in green spaces particularly forests. Our walk will be lead by Una Keeley a trained instructor in mindfulness, Ann Walsh a psychologist also trained in Shamanism and Electra Kyriazis an artist and photographer of the natural world.
The walk will begin with a mindfulness introduction and meditation and will include a little talk on some of the wild fauna and animals in the area.
We live in a beautiful part of the world and are passionate to share our enthusiasm for the natural world and its preservation with as many people as possible.
Duration of the event will be approx 3 hours. It will be held regardless of the weather as long as every one is well togged out!!
