The Stables will host a Yoga and Meditation workshop
Come and experience Yoga & mediation in a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful environment. Meditative yoga is gentle way to prepare the body for meditation and to learn about the interconnected nature or your mind, body, emotions and breath.
Escape the stress and intensity of the world for 2 luxurious hours, that is sure to help ease anxiety, improve overall wellness and offer an opportunity to return to a place of balance and ease.
We will explore elements of yoga, meditation, and breathwork with greater depth and focus, including gentle Yin/Yang yoga, guided meditation and Pranayama (breath work).
You will experience tranquility, learn to make peace with your body and emotions and press your internal "reset" button.
